A potent and complex classic featuring Scotch whisky, sloe gin, absinthe, and orange bitters, garnished with a lemon peel.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Scotch Whisky
• 0.75 oz Sloe Gin
• 0.25 oz Absinthe
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 piece Lemon Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine Scotch whisky, brandy, absinthe, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
