Ingredients
- 2 oz Light Rum
- 0.5 oz Peach Brandy
- 1 oz Pineapple Juice
- 0.5 oz Lime Juice
- 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
- 6-8 leaves Mint Leaves
- 1 Mint Sprig (optional)
Method
- Gently muddle mint leaves in a shaker.
- Add rum, peach brandy, pineapple juice, lime juice, and honey syrup to the shaker with crushed ice.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
- Double strain into a collins glass filled with fresh crushed ice.
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
