Mezcal Negroni

A smoky twist on the Negroni with mezcal in place of gin.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Mezcal
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 oz Campari

Method

1. Stir all ingredients with ice
2. Strain into rocks glass with large ice
3. Garnish with orange peel
