A refreshing gin-based spritz with bright blood orange, delicate cherry blossom notes, and a hint of lime.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Malfy Gin Blood Orange
• 0.75 oz Suntory Kanade Cherry Blossom Liqueur
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.25 oz Simple Syrup
• 3-4 oz Sparkling Water

Method

1. Add Malfy Gin Blood Orange, Suntory Kanade Cherry Blossom Liqueur, lime juice, and simple syrup to a highball glass filled with ice.
2. Stir gently to combine.
3. Top with sparkling water.
