A Donn the Beachcomber tiki cocktail blending light and dark rums with lime, orange, passion fruit, orgeat, and bitters.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Light Rum
• 0.5 oz Dark Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.25 oz Orgeat
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

1. Combine Light Rum, Dark Rum, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Passion Fruit Syrup, Orgeat, and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled collins glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple spear and a maraschino cherry.
