Ingredients

• 2.5 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 Olive or Lemon Twist (optional)

Method

1. Stir gin and vermouth with ice for 30+ seconds
2. Strain into chilled martini glass
3. Garnish with olive or lemon twist
