A sophisticated blend of whiskey, sweet vermouth, and bitters.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
• 1 Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice
2. Stir for 30 seconds until chilled
3. Strain into chilled coupe or martini glass
4. Garnish with cherry
