A robust Donn the Beachcomber creation, this cocktail combines dark rum with bright citrus and the rich sweetness of honey, accented by a dash of bitters for depth.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Dark Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 wheel Lime Wheel (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients (except garnish) in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
