Long Island Iced Tea

Refreshing & Light · highball glass

Five spirits, triple sec, lemon, and cola. Deceptively strong.

Ingredients

• 0.5 oz Vodka
• 0.5 oz White Rum
• 0.5 oz Gin
• 0.5 oz Tequila
• 0.5 oz Triple Sec
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 splash Cola

Method

1. Shake all spirits, triple sec, and lemon with ice
2. Strain into ice-filled highball glass
3. Top with a splash of cola
4. Garnish with lemon
