A complex bourbon sour, this drink balances the whiskey's warmth with tart lime, sweet simple syrup, aromatic allspice dram, and a dash of Angostura bitters.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.5 oz Allspice Dram
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Method

1. Combine bourbon, allspice dram, lime juice, simple syrup, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
