Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 4 oz Ginger Beer
• 1 wedge Lime Wedge (optional)

Method

1. Fill a copper mule mug or highball glass with ice.
2. Add bourbon and fresh lime juice.
3. Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.
