A fiery and formidable tiki concoction, combining three rums with citrus, coffee liqueur, and warming spices for a bold, high-octane tropical adventure.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
• 0.75 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
• 0.5 oz 151 Proof Rum
• 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
• 0.5 oz Falernum
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 dash Pernod (or Absinthe)
• 1 wheel Lime Wheel (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
