Whiskey, lemon, and port blend into a frothy, sweet-tart fizz. Rich, complex, and beautifully effervescent.

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes
  2. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve
