Irish Coffee

Warm coffee and Irish whiskey, sweetened and crowned with rich cream. A comforting, spirited indulgence.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Irish whiskey
• 8 oz Coffee
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tblsp Whipped cream

Method

1. Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil
2. Pour into glass and top with cream; serve hot
