Sour & Citrusy · highball glass

Light rum and blended whiskey meet lemon and sugar for a surprising, effervescent mix. Complex, tart, and refreshingly bubbly.

Ingredients

• 1/2 oz Light rum
• 1.5 oz Blended whiskey
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon (optional)
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• Carbonated water

Method

1. Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes
2. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve
