A vibrant, fruity rum punch from New Orleans, combining light and dark rums with passion fruit and citrus juices for a sweet, potent, and irresistibly tropical experience.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Light Rum
• 1 oz Dark Rum
• 2 oz Passion Fruit Puree
• 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.25 oz Grenadine
• 1 slice Orange Slice (optional)
• 1 piece Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine light rum, dark rum, passion fruit puree, lemon juice, orange juice, simple syrup, and grenadine in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a hurricane glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
