A vibrant and creamy tropical cocktail, combining gin with pineapple, lemon, and grenadine, softened by cream for a unique and playful tiki indulgence.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Grenadine
• 0.5 oz Heavy Cream
• 1 dash Orange Flower Water
• 1 wedge Pineapple Wedge (optional)
• 1 cherry Maraschino Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until well-chilled and frothy.
3. Strain into a collins glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
