Hot Toddy

Whiskey, honey, and lemon, warmly spiced with cinnamon and cloves. A comforting, aromatic classic for cool nights.

Ingredients

• 50 ml Whiskey
• 15 ml Honey
• 1 Cinnamon (optional)
• 1 lemon
• 2 Cloves (optional)

Method

1. STEP 1
2. Whisk the whisky and honey together and split between 2 heatproof glasses
3. Add half of the cinnamon stick to each, then top up with 200ml boiling water
4. STEP 2
5. Add a splash of lemon juice to each, then taste and add more to your preference
6. Finish each with a slice of lemon, studded with a clove, and serve immediately
