Scotch meets sweet vermouth and orange bitters in this robust sipper. A sophisticated, aromatic take on a classic whisky cocktail.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Scotch
• 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Orange bitters
• 1 Olive (optional)

Method

1. Stir all ingredients (except olive) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
2. Add the olive and serve
