Hemingway Daiquiri

A tart and complex daiquiri variation, balancing rum with grapefruit and lime, brightened by a hint of maraschino cherry.

Ingredients

• 2 oz White Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
• 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur

Method

1. Combine white rum, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and maraschino liqueur in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a lime wheel.
