A Savoy classic — a Martinez-like gin stirrer with a Fernet lift.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 1.5 oz Sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes Fernet-Branca

Method

1. Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled
2. Strain into a chilled coupe
3. Garnish with an orange twist
