A sophisticated pre-tiki cocktail balancing bourbon with a vibrant mix of citrus and tropical fruit juices, brightened by grenadine and bitters.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Bourbon
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.25 oz Grenadine
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 slice Orange Slice (optional)
• 1 cherry Cherry (optional)

Method

1. Combine bourbon, lemon juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, grenadine, and Angostura bitters in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
