Green Swizzle

The Green Swizzle is a refreshing, minty rum cocktail featuring rhum agricole, lime, simple syrup, and the herbal notes of Green Chartreuse, traditionally served over crushed ice.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rhum Agricole Blanc
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.5 oz Green Chartreuse
• 2 dash Angostura Bitters
• 6 leaves Mint Leaves

Method

1. In a collins glass, gently muddle the mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Add rhum agricole and fill the glass with crushed ice.
3. Swizzle vigorously with a swizzle stick or bar spoon until the glass is frosted.
4. Top with more crushed ice if needed and dash Peychaud's bitters over the top.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig and a lime wheel.
