A potent and herbaceous cocktail, it balances the botanical notes of gin with the complex, aromatic intensity of Green Chartreuse and a bright lift of fresh lime.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 1 twist Lime Twist (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, Green Chartreuse, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with a lime twist, if desired.
