Gin Toddy

Gin, water, and a whisper of sugar, brightened by a twist of lemon. A simple, smooth, and understated classic.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 2 tsp Water
• 1/2 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 twist of Lemon peel (optional)

Method

1. Mix powdered sugar and water in an old-fashioned glass
2. Add gin and one ice cube
3. Stir, add the twist of lemon peel, and serve
