Gin Sour

Gin, bright lemon, and sugar unite for a zesty, balanced sour. Garnished with orange and a cherry. Classic and tart.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lemon juice (optional)
• 1/2 tsp superfine Sugar
• 1 Orange
• 1 Maraschino cherry (optional)

Method

1. In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the gin, lemon juice, and sugar
2. Shake well
3. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the orange slice and the cherry
