Gin Fizz

Spirit-forward & Boozy · highball glass

Crisp gin, bright lemon, and a touch of sugar, topped with sparkling water. Zesty, effervescent, and light.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• Carbonated water

Method

1. Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, except soda water
2. Pour into glass
3. Top with soda water
