Gardenia Swizzle

An aromatic and complex tiki swizzle, featuring gold rum, a bright mix of citrus, and a unique blend of honey, falernum, and a mysterious hint of absinthe.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
• 0.5 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Honey Syrup
• 0.5 oz Falernum
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 6 drops Absinthe
• 1 garnish Mint Sprig (optional)
• 1 garnish Orange Slice (optional)

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a tall glass.
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and swizzle vigorously with a swizzle stick until the glass is frosty and well-chilled.
3. Top with more crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig and an orange slice.
