Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri

Icy rum, sweet pineapple, and zesty lime create a frosty, tropical escape. Pure, sun-drenched refreshment.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Light rum
• 4 chunks Pineapple
• 1 tblsp Lime juice (optional)
• 1/2 tsp Sugar

Method

1. Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender
2. Blend at a low speed for a short length of time
3. Pour into a cocktail glass and serve
