French Negroni

A sophisticated twist on a classic. Gin, Lillet, and sweet vermouth create an aromatic, less bitter, and subtly citrusy profile.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Lillet
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 1 Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Add ice to a shaker and pour in all ingredients
2. Using a bar spoon, stir 40 to 45 revolutions or until thoroughly chilled
3. Strain into a martini glass or over ice into a rocks glass
4. Garnish with orange twist
