A sophisticated whiskey cocktail, marrying spicy rye with the delicate cherry notes of maraschino liqueur and a complex blend of bitters for a spirit-forward and aromatic experience.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 0.25 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 dash Orange Bitters
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters
• 1 peel Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine rye whiskey, maraschino liqueur, orange bitters, and Angostura bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Express oil from orange peel over the drink and drop in.
