A bold and herbaceous whiskey cocktail with a distinct bitter edge from Fernet Branca.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rye Whiskey
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 0.25 oz Fernet Branca
• 1 piece Orange Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, and Fernet Branca in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Garnish with an orange peel.
