A vibrant, fruity gin-based cocktail that balances the botanicals of gin with the sweetness of apricot and tropical tang of pineapple.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Apricot Liqueur
• 0.75 oz Pineapple Juice
• 0.25 oz Lemon Juice

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
