Elderflower Caipirinha

Spirit-forward & Boozy · collins glass

Cachaça and zesty lime are elevated by the delicate, sweet floral notes of elderflower cordial.

Ingredients

• 60 ml Cachaca
• 1 Lime
• 3 cl Elderflower cordial (optional)

Method

1. Take the glass and muddle the lime in it
2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaca
3. Stir well and top with some more crushed ice
4. Garnish with lime and enjoy!
