A Cuban classic, the El Presidente combines aged rum, dry vermouth, orange liqueur, and a dash of grenadine for a sophisticated and slightly sweet profile.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Aged Rum
• 0.75 oz Dry Vermouth
• 0.25 oz Orange Liqueur
• 1 dash Grenadine

Method

1. Combine aged rum, Lillet Blanc, orange liqueur, and grenadine in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Express the oils from an orange peel over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
