Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 3-4 Cucumber Slices
• 6-8 Mint Leaves
• 1 Cucumber Ribbon (optional)

Method

1. In a shaker, gently muddle the cucumber slices and mint leaves.
2. Add gin, lime juice, simple syrup, and fill with ice.
3. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
5. Garnish with a thin cucumber ribbon.
