Duplex Cocktail

A balanced and aromatic classic, this cocktail marries gin with equal parts sweet and dry vermouth, punctuated by a delicate orange bitter finish.

Ingredients

• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz Dry Vermouth
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Orange Bitters
• 1 garnish Lemon Twist (optional)

Method

1. Combine gin, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a lemon twist.
