Dubonnet Cocktail

Dubonnet Rouge's bittersweet herbs pair with gin's botanicals, finished with a dash of bitters and lemon zest.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Dubonnet Rouge
• 3/4 oz Gin
• 1 dash Bitters
• 1 twist of Lemon peel (optional)

Method

1. Stir all ingredients (except lemon peel) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass
2. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve
