Scotch whisky's smoky depth meets dry vermouth's herbal notes, brightened by a twist of lemon peel.
Ingredients
- 2.5 oz Scotch
- 1.5 tsp Dry Vermouth
- 1 twist of Lemon peel (optional)
Method
- In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch and vermouth
- Stir well
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Garnish with the lemon twist
