Scotch whisky's smoky depth meets dry vermouth's herbal notes, brightened by a twist of lemon peel.

Ingredients

• 2.5 oz Scotch
• 1.5 tsp Dry Vermouth
• 1 twist of Lemon peel (optional)

Method

1. In a mixing glass half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch and vermouth
2. Stir well
3. Strain into a cocktail glass
4. Garnish with the lemon twist
