A classic tiki concoction that blends the robust flavors of dark rum and absinthe with the tropical sweetness of lime juice, grenadine, and a hint of anise.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Grenadine
• 0.25 oz Absinthe
• 1 oz Club Soda

Method

1. Combine dark Jamaican rum, lime juice, grenadine, and absinthe in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
4. Top with club soda.
5. Garnish with a lime wheel.
