Don's Own Planter's Punch

A classic tiki cocktail by Donn Beach, it blends gold Puerto Rican and dark Jamaican rums with lime, orange, and passion fruit juices, grenadine, and bitters.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Gold Puerto Rican Rum
• 0.5 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
• 1 oz Lime Juice
• 0.5 oz Orange Juice
• 0.5 oz Passion Fruit Syrup
• 0.25 oz Grenadine
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple spear, a cherry, and a mint sprig.
