An old-school tiki cooler with grenadine and a whisper of absinthe.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Rum
• 0.75 oz Lime juice
• 0.5 oz Lemon juice
• 0.5 oz Grenadine
• 1 dash Absinthe
• 1 oz Soda water

Method

1. Shake everything but the soda with ice
2. Strain over fresh ice in a tall glass
3. Top with soda water
