Dirty Martini

A bold, briny twist on the classic, where savory olive brine and a lemon twist cut through crisp vodka.

Ingredients

• 70 ml/2fl oz Vodka
• 1 tbsp Dry Vermouth
• 2 tbsp Olive Brine (optional)
• 1 wedge Lemon (optional)
• 1 Olive (optional)

Method

1. Pour the vodka, dry vermouth and olive brine into a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice and shake well
2. Rub the rim of a martini glass with the wedge of lemon
3. Strain the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass and add the olive
4. A dirty Martini contains a splash of olive brine or olive juice and is typically garnished with an olive
