Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Rye Whiskey
• 0.75 oz Applejack
• 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse
• 1 Lemon Peel (optional)

Method

1. Combine rye whiskey, applejack, and green chartreuse in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir well until thoroughly chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. Express the oils from a lemon peel over the drink and drop it in.
