Derby Cocktail

A classic whiskey cocktail, the Derby combines bourbon with sweet vermouth and peach bitters, garnished with a mint sprig.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
• 2 dashes Peach Bitters
• 1 sprig Mint Sprig (optional)

Method

1. Combine rye whiskey, sweet vermouth, peach bitters, and orange bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
2. Stir until well-chilled.
3. Strain into a chilled coupe.
4. Garnish with a mint sprig.
