Ingredients

• 6 cl gin
• 2 dashes Peach Bitters
• 2 Fresh leaves Mint (optional)

Method

1. Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
2. Stir
3. Strain into a cocktail glass
4. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint in the drink
