A darker, richer take on Brazil's classic, with demerara sugar adding depth to zesty lime and vibrant cachaça.
Ingredients
- 2 tsp demerara Sugar
- 1 Lime
- 2.5 oz Cachaca
Method
- Muddle the sugar into the lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass
- Fill the glass with ice cubes
- Pour the cachaca into the glass
- Stir well
