A complex tiki drink combining robust rum and coffee flavors with a bright citrus kick and warming spices.

Ingredients

1.5 oz Dark Rum
0.5 oz Coffee Liqueur
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Honey Syrup
0.25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Shake well until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice or a tiki mug.
Garnish with a mint sprig.
