Ingredients

1.5 oz Demerara Rum
0.5 oz Lemon Hart 151 Rum
0.75 oz Orange Juice
0.75 oz Lime Juice
0.5 oz Falernum
0.25 oz Grenadine
3 dashes Absinthe
1 dash Angostura Bitters

Method

Combine dark Jamaican rum, orange juice, lime juice, falernum, grenadine, absinthe, and Angostura Bitters in a shaker with ice.
Shake well until thoroughly chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish with an orange slice and a cherry.
