Ingredients

• 2 oz Gin
• 0.75 oz Raspberry Syrup
• 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
• 1 Egg White

Method

1. Dry shake all ingredients
2. Add ice and shake hard
3. Double-strain into chilled coupe
